3. Hardware Data

Our redemption and counting units are designed with privacy-by-design principles. Transaction logs stored locally on devices are encrypted. BloomCrest Ltd. does not have remote access to these logs unless a "Remote Support Session" is initiated by the client.

4. International Transfers

Terms of Engagement

These terms govern the provision of advisory services and hardware sales by BloomCrest Ltd.

1. Advisory Services

Our consultancy provides strategic advice based on industry best practices. While we aim to optimize operational throughput, specific financial outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to the volatile nature of regulated entertainment and hospitality markets.

2. Hardware Warranty & Liability

All 'Sovereign' and 'Velocity' series hardware comes with a standard 24-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Limitation of Liability: BloomCrest Ltd. is not liable for operational losses due to hardware downtime, nor for discrepancies arising from improper cash handling procedures by client staff.

3. Intellectual Property

Any custom software integrations or operational workflow maps developed during our engagement remain the intellectual property of BloomCrest Ltd., licensed to the client for perpetual internal use.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) regarding operational details, revenue figures, and security protocols observed during the engagement.
